1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Service Quality Issues: If the repair does not resolve the problem or the appliance continues to malfunction after our service, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Wrong Service Provided: If an incorrect repair or service was performed, or the issue was misdiagnosed, a refund may be applicable.
  • Damage During Repair: If your appliance is damaged during the repair process, we will offer a full refund or repair the damage at no additional cost.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer-Caused Damage: Refunds will not be issued if the appliance was damaged by the customer after our service or if critical details about the issue were not disclosed prior to repair.
  • Third-Party Repairs: If the appliance was serviced by a third party after our repair, refunds will not be provided.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Share your service details, including the appliance type, service date, and any supporting documents (photos, receipts, or bills).

4. Refund Process

  • Approval and Processing: Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Partial Refunds: In cases of partial dissatisfaction, we may offer a partial refund or re-service at no additional cost.

5. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by improper use or failure to follow care instructions after service.
  • Refunds are not applicable if user errors or third-party parts are identified as the cause of the problem.

6. Cancellation and Refund for Incomplete Work

  • If a service is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed up to that point.
  • For scheduled services canceled by the customer after confirmation, a cancellation fee may apply.
